• Chat history with NOVA AI (Free-text messages)

In-app subscriptions and payments are securely processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store structures. Our company does not store your credit card or any financial information on its servers.

2. Use of Information

The collected data is used exclusively to provide the integrated Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini / NOVA AI) engine with context, allowing it to offer you "fully personalized" motivation quotes, advice, and chats. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Furthermore, chat contents exchanged with NOVA AI (Gemini API) are not linked to your personal identity and are NOT used to train third-party foundational AI models.

3. Third-Party Services

In order for our application to function and provide its services, we use world-class infrastructure providers:

• Google AdMob: To display ads (Only in the free membership tier).
• Google Firebase / Firestore: For real-time settings and overall stability.
• Google Gemini API: To generate personal coaching and guidance texts (NOVA AI).
• Jamendo Audio API: To stream meditation and focus music (Aura Studio).

Medical Disclaimer: NOVA AI, provided within the App, is an artificial intelligence assistant designed strictly for entertainment, motivation, and self-awareness purposes. No content or advice generated by NOVA constitutes or substitutes professional, medical, psychiatric, or psychological counseling and treatment. Users should always consult a qualified healthcare professional for health-related issues.

Content Reporting (Flag/Block): Users can instantly report messages generated by the AI that they find inappropriate using the "Report" feature within the app. Sessions generating harmful content or violating terms of use may be reviewed and terminated by our moderation team.

5. Data Security

To fully ensure the security of your personal data, the application uses local storage and end-to-end encrypted connections (HTTPS). However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% flawless.

6. Children's Privacy

This App is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we immediately delete this information from our records.
